The Major Projects Division Leader is an experienced leader who is expected to manage a team of professionals and designers as well as their own projects in a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment.  As a fully remote company, we are seeking a motivated individual to independently manage their duties and staff to achieve FPCG’s goals of exceptional design and consulting services.  Company Principals will provide guidance, support, and oversight towards achieving FPCG’s goals, and expect a Division Leader to bring their own passion and ideas to each discussion.

In addition to an autonomous daily workflow, team members are granted 4.5 weeks of paid leave, major holidays off, and a flexible Fridays-off schedule.

Sr. Systems Designer

The entry-level position requires an individual who is eager to build on their knowledge in a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment. This position is open to Associate Engineers, Systems Designers, or Engineering Consultants.
